He's gone from being this super thug to the life of the party and generally a good time now. With the restraints of his past lifted, Hunter is more himself than he's ever been. However, that ugly face still rears its head in dire situations. PICTURE BASE: Roman Reigns BACKSTORY: Hunter Moso's real name is actually Iosefa Afa Mauga and he was born in Detroit, Michigan just as his character suggests. He was raised by both his African American mother Nicole Mauga, and his Samoan father Leifi Mauga until the age of 13 when his father almost suddenly passed away. It was at this age he began learning more about his father following the funeral. In which he learned that his father used to be a professional wrestler working around the world, albeit he never made a name for himself.
With his mother's support, Iosefa eventually began bodybuilding, in hopes of becoming a wrestler just like his father. Although, this dream didn't immediately pan out for him. Instead of becoming this positive teenager, tragedy struck quickly. Bills were dude, his mother couldn't support the house without his father, and he was running out of clothes to wear. Thus, instead of choosing the right path, Iosefa quickly began to turn sour. He joined a gang known as 4 Lyfe and began a life of petty crimes for the next two years.
This all came to a screeching halt after his first arrest. In which he was caught breaking and entering a neighbor's home. Sentenced to Juvie after another crime was linked to him, Iosefa spent the remainder of his mid-teenage life there before being released at the age of eighteen. It was then he decided to get his head on straight, choosing to engage in sports and finally making his way into his first wrestling audition. Which, thankfully, began the soar of his career.
Training and competing in low-level promotion after low-level promotion, someone finally decided to take a chance on Iosefa, and that someone just so happened to be Alpha Wrestling. Rebranding him Hunter Moso (Moso being a mythical figure in Samoa), the company soon began preparing him for his eventual debut. One that he hoped to knock out of the park so that he could quickly become a staple for the company and ensure his mother never has to work a day in her life again.
Within a year, Hunter had done such, managing to become a bigger staple than imagined. He carried the ALPHA World Heavyweight Championship to new heights and broke records during his reign for defenses and length. However, his position within the company began to sour after a few incidents with the owner. Choosing not to renew his contract once the year rounded up, Hunter was free to move on to a place he thought would better suit him. A place where management wouldn't breathe down his back so hard for just being him. And that's when Brian Church picked up the phone to broker a deal. And the rest after that was history. In a new land, Hunter was ready to make his mark as he set out to prove he was bigger than just one building. And he's done it again, finding his way to the doors of APEX Wrestling. He was taking it all in, nothing but a small smile accompanying him. Hunter cracked his neck and turned to face the camera. He usually had something smart to say but as of recently? Hunter only lifted up his index finger, letting the people know that he was the One True King; [i]The God King[/i]! And that there was no one else like him out there. Hunter slowly began making his way down the steel ramp and the fans were reaching out to touch him. However, in a surprising turn of events, Hunter was actually engaging! He slapped some of the fan's hands before making his way to the left, in front of the ring. The camera began to swivel around to reveal his face and he gave a fourth-wall break look to the camera like he was some smug ass Jim Halpert wannabe.

Hunter then took off toward the steel steps, slapping the steel as he began making his way up. He didn't enter automatically, instead choosing to indulge the people. He nodded his head, he flashed those pearly whites, and then he nodded again. He kept his head lowered the second time and began thinking things over. He soon raised his head, now even more energetic and getting the crowd even more litty! [color=#cf9ffe][i][b]"DO BETTER THAN THAT! LET'S LET THESE PEOPLE WHO THE FUCK I AM!"[/b][/i][/color] Hunter would then go to raise his right index finger into the sky, signifying himself again as the one true. Only the fans decided to chime in this time to remind people who the hell he was! They even raised their index fingers in response!

With that done and out the way, Hunter would simply nod. He was proud of the engagement. He'd soon find himself slipping into the ring via middle rope. Hunter spun around and quickly made his way to the turnbuckle where he'd climb atop. It was there he began nodding and running his mouth inaudible again for the fans. He'd then raise that hand in the air and the fans went at it again, chanting one of his nicknames. [b]"MAIN EVENT MOSO!"[/b] cracked through the audience and Hunter just breathed it all in. He'd soon drop-down, preparing himself for the bout at hand. Although, Hunter would, as usual, find himself a spot in the corner and just patiently waited.
